Dean Purcelli, SVP Business Development, Stabilis
Dean Purcelli is senior vice president of business development for Stabilis Energy. In this role, he works to increase the commercial viability of utilizing natural gas in transportation market sectors through advocacy, strategic partnerships, and infrastructure build. Additionally, Mr. Purcelli develops those strategic investment partnerships that enable market development and adoption across the full natural gas value chain both in areas of commodities and services acquisition and deployment. Prior to joining Stabilis Energy, Mr. Purcelli served as strategic marketing advisor to Encana Natural Gas Inc. as national marketing and education chair for America’s Natural Gas Alliance (ANGA) and served in executive leadership positions for Encana USA and Encana Corporation in midstream, supply chain, and Lean/Six Sigma. Mr. Purcelli serves today on the board of several non-profit groups and holds a BS in business administration and subsequent certificates of completion for several executive leadership programs.

Dave Frohberg, Product Manager, Caterpillar Inc.
Dave Frohberg is the Product Manager for Caterpillar in our gas engine/dual fuel business unit of Large Power Systems Division (LPSD). LPSD is the product group responsible for product design and manufacturing of engines placed in all the high horsepower market segments including petroleum, marine, rail, electric power and mining. Dave has 27 years at Caterpillar, holds a BS in Ag Engineering from Kansas State University, an Executive Certificate MBA from Purdue University, and has held various engineering and product positions in his distinguished career in machine applications, core components, engine performance and quality.

Ed Alcorta, Senior Sales Application Engineer, GE Distributed Power Group
Ed Alcorta is a senior sales application engineer in the Waukesha gas engines business of GE’s Distributed Power group. GE’s Waukesha business unit produces gaseous-fueled reciprocating engines from 160-5,000 HP that are used to drive gas compressors, generators, and other mechanical equipment like pumps, blowers, and air compressors. Ed has over ten years of industry experience, with 3 years at Waukesha, and has held roles in application engineering, project engineering, and design with aeroderivative turbines for the power generation and oil & gas industries. He holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University.

Robert Parbs, Equipment Manager, Nabors Corporate Services
Robert Parbs is the Equipment Manager with the Technical Support Services Group within Nabors Corporate Services. He boasts over 34 years of oilfield experience, working for work over and drilling contractors that include Booker Drilling, Zapata, Pool Offshore, and Nabors. He has spent a total of 28 years of service with Nabors, working with Offshore, domestic land and international groups. Mr. Parbs has high level expertise involving maintenance systems, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment and project management. He is currently the leading authority regarding bi-fuel options for diesel engines. Robert Parbs received an MBA from Nicholls State University in 1997.
