Tucker Perkins
Propane Education & Research Council

Tucker Perkins is the chief business development officer for PERC where he leads the team responsible for creating propane-fueled products and works with manufacturers, distributors, and users to commercialize them. With more than 23 years of experience in the propane industry, Tucker has lent his expertise to companies such as CleanFuel USA, and is currently active with the National Propane Gas Association and the Virginia Propane Gas Association.

Mark Barton
Trillium CNG

Mark Barton joined Trillium USA as vice president of Operations in 1996 and became president in 2005. With his leadership, Trillium USA developed a respected position in the market, strong financial performance, and year-over-year sales growth that made Trillium USA the second largest company in the United States focused on designing, building, owning, and operating compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling stations. In 2011, Integrys Transportation Fuels purchased Trillium USA and Pinnacle CNG to form Trillium CNG, where Mr. Barton assumed the position of vice president responsible for new station design and construction.
