California’s dairy families are leading the way in developing sustainable, planet-smart farming practices. During the virtual California Dairy Sustainability Summit, 900+ dairy industry leaders convened to gain insight into the policies, strategies and technologies that are driving innovation and helping dairy farmers in California and across the globe as they improve their environmental and economic future—ultimately ensuring the availability of nutrient rich, enjoyable foods.

Attendees participated in two days of keynote presentations, panel discussions, and breakout sessions that spotlighted opportunities for dairy farmers to reduce emissions and conserve water, improve nutrient management and soil health, develop new business opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and reduce on-farm costs.
