Your Responsibilities Include:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Design multi-touch outreach campaigns for GNA’s media publication and clients utilizing an array of digital strategies—email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, lead capture landing pages, and more.
  • Draft and build responsive emails with dynamic copy to ensure the content appeals to multiple target audiences.

Project Management:

Webinar Management:

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in fast-paced environments supporting or leading B2B digital marketing projects
  • 2 to 6 years of experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, ExactTarget or other similar email marketing tools
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with social media marketing across Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

In this Sponsorship Coordinator role, you will be responsible for all sales support, sponsor/exhibitor relations and administrative tasks after the sale has been confirmed for event exhibitors and sponsors. The Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible for aspects of exhibitor and sponsor fulfillment, and the go-to person, knowing all essential show elements and event details to provide to exhibitors/sponsors. our conference & events where you will work side-by-side with team members that are collaborative, inquisitive, and dedicated to quality. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Senior Vice President of Sponsorship Sales & Events with after the sale support and administrative tasks. 
  • Maintaining and filing up-to-date sponsor and exhibitor contracting and deliverable records
  • Coordinates and manages all exhibitor needs to include service kits, sponsorship fulfillment, and compliance with all facility requirements.

Event Program & Project Director – Advanced Clean Transportation

In this role, you will lead the conference program development process from start to finish, including strategizing session topics, formats, and speakers that showcase the projects and technologies driving sustainability across multiple commercial transportation sectors.  This not a logistics role.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Lead the conference program development process, including strategizing session topics, formats, and speakers.  Agendas must serve multiple goals including serving cutting edge content, supporting the communications goals of sponsors/exhibitors, and creating tie-in opportunities with off-site tours and demonstration projects.
  • Work to expand the reach of conference programming including development of new conference series and channels for attendee participation
  • Oversee outreach process to develop an optimal slate of speakers in support of agenda topics
  • Draft compelling agenda session titles and descriptions to attract fleet executive attendance
  • Provide direction to the marketing team to support attendee outreach efforts, including reviewing email content/images, thought leadership articles, website content/images, promotional videos, event collateral, and more

Minimum Qualifications:

The Role:

GNA seeks candidates with experience and expertise leading organizations through the process of fleet electrification, including needs assessments, vehicle and infrastructure recommendations, and cost/benefit analysis. This position will have the opportunity to envision and lead the development of new modeling capabilities with GNA. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the growth of GNA’s fleet electrification practice while working with many of the country’s most progressive fleets to deploy the newest medium and heavy duty vehicle and infrastructure solutions.

Hands on experience with EVSE selection, installation, and management is a significant plus. Professional work experience is required, and the right candidate will demonstrate a clear history of initiative, problem-solving, and results-driven excellence in all personal, academic, and professional endeavors.

This position will include the following job responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the evaluation of alternative-fueled transportation technologies, assessing the operational and economic fit for these technologies and their associated infrastructure;
  • Prepare recommendations for fleet electrification strategies, including vehicle and EVSE infrastructure for light, medium, and heavy duty vehicles.
  • Develop analytical model frameworks to improve the speed and efficiency of electrification feasibility assessments and electrification strategies.
  • Develop economic models for transportation technology deployments that consider total cost of ownership and return-on-investment metrics;
  • Prepare comparative analyses of emissions and energy impacts from various fuels and fuel pathways, including: electricity, renewable gaseous and liquid fuels, and traditional petroleum-derived fuels;
  • Participate in meetings with clients to communicate results and support senior staff.

Additional job duties could include:

  • Research: Conduct primary and secondary research on a broad spectrum of market, technical, and policy issues and assist in the development and production of high quality reports which provide this research to either specific or broad audiences.
  • Communications: Prepare regular memos on project status for clients and for staff. Create publication-quality and client-ready written reports, marketing materials, correspondence, grant applications, presentations, and other communications that clearly and concisely summarize project goals, accomplishments and recommendations in the most compelling manner for the appropriate audience.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Education: A BS or higher degree in engineering or related fields from an accredited university. Candidates without degrees will be considered if they possess an exemplary record of success, leadership, and expertise relevant to our needs.
  • Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting environment or demonstrated capabilities with research and analysis in a commercial setting. Advanced degrees (MS or PhD) will be considered when evaluating professional experience history. Experience fleet electrification strategy, EV infrastructure planning, and equipment selection are required. 
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, research, analytical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. In addition to a strong technical/analytical background and strong communications skills, an excellent grasp of business strategy will be highly valued.
  • Expertise: Technical and analytical expertise in the environmental and/or energy domain. Experience interfacing with electric utilities is a plus. Specific experience with transportation emissions models including EMFAC, MOVES, and GREET is preferred but not required. 
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Ability to Travel: Travel may be required, up to 15%.

Collateral Development

  • Work with marketing team to populate content for email marketing campaigns
  • Oversee development and distribution of speaker support materials.
  • Oversee scheduling of and run pre-conference speaker panel calls.
  • Develop content for all conference materials, including the Agenda Preview, Conference Program, Agenda At-A-Glance, Event Preview, Event Summary, and other documents, and ensure all documents are accurate and updated with speaker and agenda details in a timely manner.

Event Logistics

  • Work with logistics team to identify and plan for onsite room and speaker needs.
  • Assist with, research, and identify technical tours for key events and workshops.

Project Management

  • Lead event programming teams, and identify, assign, and track action items across the company to achieve event programming goals.
  • Monitor and deliver on contract deliverables, including promised results, budgets, and reports.

Client and Industry Relations:

  • Professionally interact with industry contacts and clients on a regular basis while working to understand their business needs

  • Identify keywords and optimizing websites in strategic areas such as page title, meta data, headlines, alt tags, etc.
  • Determine search volume and relative competition/difficulty score as well as search trends.
  • Develop core and topical content suggestions provided based on keyword research.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, business, English, or public relations, strongly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of email marketing and digital strategy experience, preferably in a consultancy, agency or in-house digital/ecommerce environment.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, best practices and platforms, with 2+ year of experience using Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact or another email marketing tool.
  • 3 to 5 years developing organic and paid social media advertising strategies, including setting up campaign conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • 1+ year experience using Asana, or a comparable project management tool.
  • Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, preferred experience with Dreamweaver and WordPress.
  • Experience and/or interest in the advanced transportation and clean energy industry.

GNA is seeking an Associate for its Programs Team. This person will be a Creative and detail-oriented individual interested in clean energy, innovative transportation technologies, and improving air quality.

The Associate will be responsible for the following:

  • Internal resource management
  • Support new business opportunities from existing client base
  • Support project planning and 18-month projections
  • Participate in staff training and development protocols
  • Participate in cross-department efforts
  • Support publication of regular financial and project reports for Partners and senior managers
  • Support budget and contract management efforts / proactive contract renewals
