Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates with experience and expertise in managing teams and internal or external clients through projects that apply corporate sustainability standards. Our clients include industry leaders shaping the future of sustainability within the commercial transportation industry; therefore, this person will possess exceptional relationship management skills with a drive for professionalism and excellence.
- Independently leads and executes on new and existing clients; this includes but is not limited to setting the project vision; joining initial and strategic client discussions and meetings with internal staff; managing project staff to meet project execution deadlines, timelines, and organization; working to collaborate on project outlines and client deliverables: ensuring that the client deliverable meets or exceeds the expectations of the client; and develops and manages project financials. Projects could range in size from small, short-term initiatives to large engagements over multiple years. Excellent deliverables will drive more work from existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Experience with corporate sustainability standards, especially GHG standards, such as Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), CDP, US EPA SmartWay, the Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC), and lifecycle assessments.
- 5-8 years of project management experience, preference for candidates with experience building new programs.
- Business development experience preferred.
- Experience using and analyzing sustainability data such as Greenhouse Gas inventories development, Scope 1, 2, and 3 boundary-setting and data review, energy load profile assessments, renewable electricity, and fuel GHG emissions analysis, social/environmental data collection and review for sustainability reports, etc. Modeling and database development experience not required.
- Experience with sustainability reports, communications, and thought leadership is preferred.
- Experience independently working with and managing high level customer-facing projects and initiatives (internal or external customers).
- Clean transportation/energy and/or fleet experience is helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to physically attend in-person meetings at client sites and/or in the office, per client requirements.
- Demonstrated success with independently managing projects, staff, and own schedule to ensure high quality and timeliness of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management: Provide efficient and cost-effective results on both client and company projects. - Exceptional writing, research, analytical, communication, public speaking and presentation, organization, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. YOUR ROLE AT GNA:
This position will collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders through all stages of a project and provide design leadership to ensure that projects are on target, on time, within budget and brand. Core responsibilities include:
Digital Assets:
- Intermediated understanding design principles, branding, software and general marketing strategy and goals
- Design dynamic digital email prototypes using Adobe XD and Photoshop
- Translate Adobe XD prototypes designs into responsive HTML emails with Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Testing all emails through email testing platforms to ensure design consistency, deliverability and responsiveness.
- Build responsive HTML email templates and lead generation landing pages.
- Work to ensure the team is following the latest best practices for email design.
- Manage the email calendar and make recommendations to email cadence, planning, and strategy.

- Experience with email marketing tools, best practices and platforms, with 3+ year of experience using Eloqua or another marketing automation tool.
- HTML/HTML5 and CSS for authoring and debugging responsive emails
