Evangeline was the office manager of a full-service catering company, ensuring all administrative needs of the business were fulfilled. Evangeline achieved a smooth functioning front office by handling all incoming phone and email inquiries, maintaining office supplies, liaising with building management, and completing light bookkeeping functions. On occasion, Evangeline assisted with catering events, making sure clients’ needs were fully met.

Executive Assistant, Connected Healthcare Company
Evangeline was the executive assistant to the CEO, helping maintain a complex daily calendar, preparing meeting materials, setting up travel arrangements, and completing expense reports. Evangeline also helped with the initial branding development and marketing campaigns for this tech start-up in the healthcare arena.
