GNA has organized dozens of events, seminars, multi-day conferences, trade shows, expositions, outreach programs and related activities that have brought together nearly 15,000 attendees at venues from Seattle, Washington; Austin, Texas, New York City; and large and small cities throughout California. GNA’s events focus on climate change and air quality policies, ports and freight movement, alternative fuel transportation technologies, renewable and low carbon fuels, carbon capture and sequestration, and related themes.
GNA’s Events and Marketing Department is a one-stop shop for handling all aspects of event production. Our dedicated staff understands the numerous demands and attention to detail that is required to successfully implement both large and small events.
GNA believes in our client’s message and wants it to be effective in its reach. By creating dynamic print advertising, direct marketing pieces, online newsletters and collateral materials, we give our clients the edge to stand out amongst their competitors. Our extensive expertise in the environmental, transportation, air quality and energy arenas allows our clients to rest assured that their message will stay on point with industry trends. Our public relations services include building targeted media lists, tracking editorial calendars, pitching writers and editors, writing press releases, drafting customer success stories, and creating attractive press kits.
GNA maintains a half dozen of its own websites, but also manages the websites of many of its clients. Working with a team of professional graphic designers and web programmers, the Events and Marketing Department guides clients through the web site design process ensuring that the end result is a visually appealing and message driven site. Following the design phase, our staff manages the site content and actively updates web pages to include new events, press releases, announcements, product launch information and maintains the “freshness” of the site.
